How do I place an order?
It couldn’t be easier to place an order with us. We’ve broken it down into simple steps for you to follow:
Step 1: Pick your items
Firstly, you need to pick your must-have items! Once you’ve clicked on the product and you’ve got the item page open, select the color/size if required and click ‘add to cart’. Repeat this step for each piece you want for yourself.
Step 2: Go to checkout
Once you’ve found everything you’re looking for, you need to head over to the checkout section. You can just click ‘cart’ in the right hand corner of the screen. This will take you to your ‘Cart’, where you’ll be able to amend item details if needed.
Step 3: Log into your account (optional)
To place your order, you need to click ‘Checkout’ – this will take you onto our checkout section. At the top of it, you’ll be asked to log into your account if you’re an existing customer.
Step 4: Add any promo codes (optional)
You’ll see an order summary of what you’ll be receiving from Aria Moda on the right. On the top is our promo code section, which, if you click on the link, the promo box will appear for you to add a promo code. You can enter your promotional code and apply it to your order.
Step 5: Enter your details
Next, you will have to fill out your billing details (and shipping if different). If you’re new to Aria Moda, you’ll be asked to create a new account using these details. Here you can also leave your measurements to ensure that you get the right size.
Step 6: Select your payment method
The final stage of the checkout is the payment section. Select the payment method you’d like to use and when you’re ready to place your order click on ‘Proceed’. You’ll be redirected to our payment processor’s page to complete the order.
Step 7: Order confirmation
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll be taken to a confirmation page. You’ll also receive a confirmation of order email to your registered Aria Moda email address giving you all the details of your order.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and FF’s Gift Card. These payment methods are all 100% secure. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure. Credit card payments are managed by Stripe, our business partner.
How do I know if my order was accepted?
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number. At any time you can follow your order status. To do so, please click on “My orders” in your account.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have a 60 minutes window to cancel your order. The quickest way to contact us to do this is via CHAT or using our contact form.
Why should I register for an online account?

Why has my payment declined?
If your payment has been declined, please check the following:
- Are your card details correct including security code and expiry date?
- Has the card you are trying to pay with expired?
- Does your address match the details held by your card provider?

- Is there a spending limit on your card?
